About Me
I believe that strength training is more than just building muscle—it’s about building confidence, resilience, and the mindset to take on challenges both inside and outside the gym. I am passionate about empowering young female athletes to feel strong, capable, and confident in a gym setting, knowing that this foundation not only enhances their athletic performance but also prepares them for success in sports and life.
As a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and Youth Exercise Specialist, I specialize in small group training with a focus on strength and agility for both young athletes and adults. Whether I’m coaching a team, training a small group, or working with an entire family, my approach is always tailored to individual goals—whether that’s improving sports performance, increasing overall strength, or enhancing functional movement for daily life.
With years of experience training athletes and adults, I incorporate a balanced mix of strength, conditioning, and flexibility to create programs that are both effective and sustainable. My mission is simple: to help every client unlock their potential, push past self-imposed limits, and discover what they’re truly capable of—both in the gym and beyond.

Softball Strength Training
This program is for softball players looking to learn and build onto the fundamentals of strength training.
By incorporating traditional strength training, mobility exercises, and core training, they will increase total body strength, speed, and become more injury resistant.
My focus is on age-appropriate resistance training that prioritizes proper technique, posture and core strength, and functional movement that apply directly to on-field performance.
